A guided journey for anyone who has lived a whole life and is quietly wondering what's still waiting underneath it.
A long life gathers a great deal. Decades of roles you've played, people you've loved and buried, promises kept and a few quietly let go of, versions of yourself you built just to survive a particular season.
Some of that is worth keeping. Some of it was only ever borrowed, and it has been waiting a long time for the chance to finally be set down. This isn't a new belief to take on or a practice to get better at. It's a direct meeting with the part of you that was never touched by any of it, encountered now from the inside, in your own experience, rather than affirmed from the outside.
You don't have to know what that is before you come. It only asks to be met.

Leslie Seckelman
Leslie Seckelman is a Certified Hypnotherapist and the founder and owner of SpiritOne. Her path started in the body, a 2008 Yoga Teacher Training certification and years co-owning Ashland's Levity Circus Collective, before deepening into the unconscious mind under direct training from Martin Castor Peterson, world-renowned pioneer of SoulKey Therapy and Advisory Board Member of the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH). She's been a certified hypnotherapist since 2016 and SoulKey certified since 2023. Her philosophy is simple: you are the way, nothing added. What she brings is the training to hold that space safely and well, so whatever is already true in you has somewhere real to come forward.

Some invitations make sense right away. Others just land somewhere quieter, a pull you can't fully explain yet. If you're reading this and something in you is already saying yes, that's worth trusting.
You don't need any experience with hypnotherapy. You don't need to believe anything you don't already believe. You only need to be curious enough to show up.
